Two Windsor Township Fire & Current Levy Renewal measures were on the November 8, 2011 ballot in the township of Windsor which is in Morgan County.

The first measure sought to renew the current fire levy which is set at a rate of $.10 per $100 of assessed property value for a further five years in order to continue to pay for fire protection services in the township.

Fire

The question on the ballot:

A renewal tax for the benefit of Windsor Township for the purpose of FIRE PROTECTION at a rate not exceeding one (1) mill for each one dollar of valuation, which amounts to ten cents ($0.10) for each one hundred dollars of valuation, for a period of five years, commencing in 2012, first due in calendar year 2013.[3]
