Winters Utility Users Tax Measure T (June 2008)

The City of Winters Utility Users Tax Measure T appeared on the June 3, 2008 ballot in Yolo County, California, where it was approved. It is also known as the Utility Users Tax Modernization Act. It reduces the existing utility user's tax from 5% to 4.75%, while expanding the types of utility use to which the tax applies.
