The Wisconsin Elections Fraud Task Force brought its first charge forward in October of 2008. Milwaukee County District Attorney John Chisholm has filed a criminal complaint against Ms. Endalyn Adams charging her with Falsely Procuring Voter Registration, a felony. She was working for ACORN during the time she registered the voters. [1]
Fake voters registered
Adams is charged with submitting 45 forms, about twenty-seven or 60% of which contained information alleged to be false.
- 19 voter forms listed persons that do not appear to exist.
- 19 voter registration forms were determined by police investigators to be nonexistent.
- 22 of the driver license numbers were fraudulent.
