The Wisconsin General Banking Law Referendum was a legislatively-referred state statute / Wisconsin referendum on the November 5, 1861 ballot in Wisconsin, where it was approved.^[1]

This referendum modified the general banking law in regard to the circulation of bank notes.^[1]
