The Wisconsin Sheriff Term Limits Amendment was a legislatively-referred constitutional amendment on the April 2, 1946 ballot in Wisconsin, where it was defeated.
- This amendment sought to modify Article VI, Section 4 of the Wisconsin Constitution to remove term limit for successive terms of sheriffs.[1]
