The Wisconsin Sheriff Term Limits Amendment was a legislatively-referred constitutional amendment on the April 4, 1961 ballot in Wisconsin, where it was defeated.

  • This amendment sought to modify Article VI, Section 2 of the Wisconsin Constitution to remove term limit for successive terms of sheriffs.[1]
