Historical officeholders

This section is added to profiles about state-specific offices.

This section features:

  • a summary of the past officeholders (# of historical officeholders and political parties if applicable).
  • a collapsible chart of officeholders, including:
    • name
    • Tenure
    • political party (if a partisan position)

Color codes

If the position is partisan, the third column in the table should have a colored party dot designating the party.

Main party dot codes are as follows:

  • Republican: {{red dot}}
  • Democratic: {{blue dot}}
  • Independent: {{grey dot}}

Note: If it is a party no longer in existence, such as the Whig Party, do not add a color dot.
