Instructions
Each of the 435+ congressional district pages should have a section called ==Redistricting==
Each section should then have a subheading like below:
===2010-2011=== [[File:AR03.jpg|275px|thumb|This is the 3rd congressional district of Arkansas after the 2001 redistricting process.]] ::''See also: [[Redistricting in Arkansas]]''
This section only requires one sentence to begin with. More information will be added at a later date. But the stub should simply say whether the state gained or lost a district in the 2010 census.
