A Yuba County Board of Education Reduction in Number of Members, Measure V ballot question was on the November 6, 2012 ballot for voters in Yuba County and parts of Butte County, where it was approved.

Measure V reduces the number of members of the governing board of the Yuba County Board of Education from seven to five. This will go along with a reduction in the number of "trustee areas" from seven to five, which also means that the boundaries of the Trustee Areas (from whence the members of the governing board are elected) will be re-drawn. They will be redrawn to be identical to the five supervisorial districts in Yuba County.

A simple majority vote was required for approval.
