From Ballotpedia
certified for spots on 36 statewide ballots in 2010, as of July 29.[1]An average of 210 ballot questions were on statewide ballots in the even-numbered years from 1990-2008. If 2010 ends up being an average year, another 60-70 measures will qualify for the ballot.
As of July 27, petition drive deadlines for citizen-initiated measures remain in only three states: Colorado, North Dakota and Oklahoma.
