Aristotle International, the non-partisan pioneer in political technology and creator of WhereIvote.com], announced today the results of its annual "deadwood" voter registration compilation. This year's data indicates 5.9 percent of all registered voters are what elections experts call "Deadwood." This represents an estimated 1,833,539 dead voters and 8,690,492 who have moved from their registered voter address.[1]
