Aaron Ling Johanson is a Republican member of the Hawaii House of Representatives. He has represented District 32 and served as House Minority Whip since 2011.

Johanson previously worked as a legislative analyst for state Rep. Lynn Finnegan during the 2005 and 2010 legislative sessions; he was also deputy chief of staff for former Lieutenant Governor Duke Aiona. He currently serves on the Legislative Federal Economic Stimulus Program Oversight Commission for Hawaii. Before becoming active in Hawaiian state politics, he held several political jobs in Washington, D.C. Johanson was Deputy Chief of Staff at the U.S. Mint, and Director of Schedule C Appointments and Deputy Associate Director of the White House personnel office. He graduated with a B.A. in History from Yale University.
