Hollier is running in the 2012 election for Michigan House of Representatives District 4. He is running against Carol Banks, Marcelus Brice, Paris Canty, Mohammed Hassan, Jonathan White, Ernest Little, Rose Mary Robinson, Beverly Tran, Mervin White and Robert Zwolak in the Democratic primary on August 7. Incumbent Maureen Stapleton (D) is running in District 6. The general election takes place on November 6, 2012.
