Agostinho F. Silva (b. November 5, 1963) is a Democratic member of the Rhode Island House of Representatives, representing District 56. He joined the Rhode Island House of Representatives in 2007.

Silva attended the Community College of Rhode Island. He currently works as an Operations Manager.

Silva is a former member of the District Board of Trustees for the City of Central Falls. He also served on the Central Falls City Council in the past.

Silva won re-election in the 2012 election for Rhode Island House of Representatives District 56. He defeated Joseph L Faria in the September 11 Democratic primary and was unopposed in the general election which took place on November 6, 2012.[1][2]

Silva won re-election to the 56th District Seat in 2010. He defeated Phillip St. Pierre, Jr. in the September 14 Democratic primary election and faced no opposition in the general election on November 2, 2010.[3][4]
