Al Juhnke (b. November 19, 1958) was a Democratic member of the Minnesota House of Representatives. He represented District 13B 1996 to 2011. He was defeated in the 2010 general election.

Juhnke is an Agriculture/Commercial Real Estate Appraiser with Juhnke Appraisal. He previously worked as a Research Technician for the University of Minnesota - Saint Paul, and for the ConAgra Fertilizer Company.

Juhnke was Assistant Minority Leader of the House from 2001-2004, Precinct Chair of Dovre Township from 1994-1996, and on the Kandryohi County Central Committee from 1992-1996.

He is Co-Chair of the Minnesota NextGen Energy Board, and a member of the Chicano/Latino Affairs Council Board, Firefighter/Emergency Medical Services Caucus, Minnesota Blue Dog Caucus, Minnesota Emergency Medical Services Regulatory Board, and the Right to be Rural Caucus.[1]

Juhnke ran for re-election to the District 13B Seat in 2010. He had no primary opposition. He was defeated by Bruce Vogel (R) in the general election on November 2, 2010.[2]

2008

On November 4, 2008, Al Juhnke won election to the District 13B Seat in the Minnesota House of Representatives, defeating Bonnie Wilhelm. [3]
