An Alameda County Permanent Doubling of the Transportation Sales Tax ballot question is on the November 6, 2012, ballot for voters in Alameda County.[1]

If the measure is approved, it will permanently double the transportation sales tax paid in the county from half-a-cent to one full cent. Proceeds from this tax are targeted within the county to keep the roads in good repair.
