Alan Fehr is a Republican member of the North Dakota House of Representatives, representing District 36. He was first elected to the chamber in 2012.


Fehr received a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from the University of North Dakota. He is a practicing clinical psychologist. Fehr served in the United States Navy, North Dakota Army National Guard and U.S. Army Reserve.
