Three ballot measures were on the statewide primary ballot in Alaska in 1974. All three were approved. Two were initiatives; one was a legislatively-referred constitutional amendment placed on the ballot by the Alaska State Legislature. The constitutional amendment was of particular interest, since it moved the time when Alaskan voters would vote on proposed amendments in the future from the statewide primary ballot to the statewide general election ballot.
