The Alaska Authorization to Issue Veterans’ Housing Bonds Amendment ballot question was on the November 2, 1982 statewide general election ballot in Alaska as a proposed legislatively-referred constitutional amendment to the Alaska Constitution.

The ballot summary said, "This amendment to Article IX, section 8, of the Alaska Constitution would expand the State's authority to incur indebtedness by allowing the State to issue general obligation bonds for veterans' housing loans.
