Biography

Lopez earned his B.A. from Vassar College and his J.D. in environmental law from Tulane University in 1995.

Lopez's professional experience includes working as a partner at Alcalde & Fay, director at Congressional and Federal Affairs for the Commonwealth of Virginia, assistant administrator for U.S. Small Business Administration, senior legislative assistant for a U.S. Democratic Senator, and staff for the White House Council on Environment Quality.
