Alice Wolf (b. December 24, 1933) is a former Democratic member of the Massachusetts House of Representatives, representing the Twenty-Fifth Middlesex from 1997 to 2013.

Prior to joining the House, Wolf was a Consultant for the Tufts University Center on Hunger, Poverty and Nutrition Policy. She has also been a lecturer at Harvard Medical School and Personnel Director for the Computer Corporation of America.

Wolf is a member of the Democratic State Committee and Democratic Ward and City Committee. She served on the Cambridge City Council from 1984-1994, and was Mayor of Cambridge from 1990-1992.[1]
