Allan Francis was a Democratic candidate for District 26 of the Kentucky House of Representatives in the November 2, 2010, state legislative elections.

Francis' opponent in the November 2 general election was Republican incumbent Tim Moore. According to official results, Moore defeated Francis by a margin of 6,782 to 3,530.[1]

Francis ran unopposed in the May 18 Democratic primary election.
