Allan Hoffenblum is the publisher of the California Target Book.[1]

Hoffenblum served in Vietnam as an Air Force intelligence officer before going to work for the Los Angeles County Republican Party in 1968.[2]

From 1979-1996, Hoffenblum ran legislative and congressional campaigns across California.
