Alvin Jackson recall, Richwood, Louisiana (2014)
The recall effort is being led by Richwood Alderwoman Margie Davis. Recall supporters are upset over the town's financial situation and want Jackson out of office. Davis told reporters in regard to Jackson, "I have lost confidence in his ability to manage the town of Richwood. I did write him a letter asking if he would resign because he had not done so, he told me nope, but I could recall him if I wanted to."
