Peschke is running in the 2013 election for Virginia House of Delegates District 75. Peschke ran unopposed in the June 11th Republican Primary. The general election takes place on November 5, 2013.

Peschke ran for election to the District 75 seat of the Virginia House of Delegates. He obtained the GOP nomination and was defeated by incumbent Roz Tyler (D) in the November 8 general election.[2]
