An Amador County Vehicle Abatement Program Fees, Measure U ballot question was on the November 6, 2012 ballot for voters in Amador County, where it was approved.

Measure U renewed the existing "Amador County Abandoned Vehicle Abatement Program" for another ten years. The program involves charging a $1.00/vehicle fee on vehicles in the county; the fee is $2.00/year for some commercial vehicles. This money goes to pay for the county's costs in removing and disposing of abandoned and wrecked vehicles.
