Amanda Merrill (b. May 9, 1951) is a former Democratic member of the New Hampshire State Senate, representing District 21 from 2008 to 2012.

Merrill served in the New Hampshire State House of Representatives from 1988 to 1998.

Merrill is a fundraiser.

Merrill earned her BA from the University of New Hampshire in 1974. She went on to receive her PhD from Dartmouth College in 1978.
