America "Chuck" Middleton (b. December 10, 1959) is a Democratic member of the Mississippi House of Representatives. He has represented the 85th District since 1996.

Middleton is a businessman. He attended Alcorn State University and the American Technical Institute, and served in the United States Army.

Middleton is the founder of Friends for Progress.[1]
