America "Chuck" Middleton (b. December 10, 1959) is a Democratic member of the Mississippi House of Representatives. He has represented the 85th District since 1996.

Middleton is a businessman. He attended Alcorn State University and the American Technical Institute, and served in the United States Army.

Middleton is the founder of Friends for Progress.[1]

On November 8, 2011, Middleton won re-election to District 85 of the Mississippi House of Representatives. He defeated Jeffery Harness in the August 2 primary and was unopposed in the November 8 general election. [2]

On November 6, 2007 Middleton was re-elected in District 85, running unopposed.[3] He defeated Arnold Clark in the primary election by a margin of 1,692 to 416. [4]
