American Petition Consultants is a petition drive management firm. It was profiled in a 1996 article in the New York Times.[1]

Lee Albright worked at APC prior to founding National Petition Management.

In 1992, American Petition Consultants was offered $400,000 to turn down work on a school choice ballot measure.[2]
