Andrew Ian Dodge is a 2012 Independent candidate seeking election to the U.S. Senate from Maine. Dodge initially filed to run as a Republican candidate, but in February 2012 Dodge dropped out of the Republican primary, and instead will run as an Independent candidate in 2012.[1]

Dodge is running in the 2012 election for the U.S. Senate, representing Maine. Dodge is seeking the nomination on the Independent ticket. [2] The signature filing deadline for candidates wishing to run is March 15, 2012. The primary elections will be held on June 12, 2012.
