Angelo Paparella is the president and CEO of Progressive Campaigns, Inc., which is usually referred to as "PCI."

After graduating from Notre Dame in 1982, Paparella was hired as a field director for the California Public Interest Research Groups (PIRGs), eventually becoming a national field director.

In 1987, he was a founding member of Voter Revolt and its Director of Operations. Voter Revolt qualified California Prop 103 for the ballot in 1988, a measure which was then approved by the voters.

Paparella founded Progressive Campaigns, Inc. in 1992. He contributed a chapter, "The Barriers to Participation: The Consequences of Regulation" to Dane Water's 2001 book, "The Battle Over Citizen Lawmaking."[1]
