Anne Kaiser (b. February 10, 1968) is a Democratic member of the Maryland House of Delegates, representing District 14 and serving as Chief Deputy Majority Whip. She was first elected to the chamber in 2002.

Kaiser's professional experience includes working as an Economist and Policy Analyst with the United States Treasury Department, Policy Analyst with the Maryland Department of Education, teaching assistant at the University of Michigan, legislative assistant to Delegate Henry B.
