Zerr is a Professor of Political Scientist at Lindenwood University. She has previously served as Director of Adult and Corporate Admissions for Lindenwood University and as Executive Director of the Saint Charles County Economic Development Council's Partners for Progress Program.
She earned her MBA in Human Service Agency Management and BA in Human Resource Development from Lindenwood University.
