Annette Sweeney (b. December 9, 1957) is a former Republican member of the Iowa House of Representatives, representing District 44 from 2009 to 2013.

Sweeney is Executive Director of the Iowa Angus Association and Owner of Practical Promotions. She has also been a farmer, publisher, and teacher.

She is a member of the Ellsworth Community Ag Advisory Council, Hardin County Extension Council, and Iowa Women in Agriculture Board.[1]
