Anthony DeLuca is a former Democratic member of the Delaware State Senate, representing District 11 from 1998 to 2013. DeLuca served as President Pro Tempore.

DeLuca attended the International Brotherhood Electrical Workers Trade School.

Besides being a senator, DeLuca is also the Administrator of the Office of Labor Law Enforcement.
