Anthony O'Donnell (b. March 7, 1961) is a Republican member of the Maryland House of Delegates. He has represented District 29C since January 11, 1995 and currently serves as Minority Leader.

O'Donnell was a Supervisor with Constellation Energy from 1987-2002, and served in the United States Navy from 1979-1987.

He is Chair of the Calvert County Delegation, and a member of the National Conference of State Legislatures, Task Force on Traffic Capacity Across the Chesapeake Bay, Taxpayers Protection Caucus, Maryland Rural Caucus, Maryland Legislative Sportsmen's Caucus, and the Metropolitan Washington Air Quality Committee of Metropolitan Washington Council of Governments.[1]
