Antoinette Jarboe-Duley was a Republican candidate for District 27A of the Maryland House of Delegates. The primary election was on September 14, 2010 and the general election was on November 2.

Jarboe-Duley had no primary challenger. In the general election, she and fellow Republican Mike Hethmon faced the top two finishers of the Democratic primary for two seats - incumbents James Proctor, Jr. and Joseph Vallario, Jr..

Jarboe-Duley lost in the general election on November 2, 2010, coming in fourth.[1]
