Porth currently serves as Assistant State Attorney in Broward County, and was legislative aide to United States Senator Bob Graham from 1991-1992.
He is a member of the Anti-Defamation League, Chair of the Law Related Education Committee - Broward County Bar Association, member of the Broward Young Democrats, and a founding Board Member of the Children's Home Society.[1]
