- The signature filing deadline for the November 2, 2010 ballot in Arizona was July 1, 2010.
- Signatures supporting one citizen-initiated measure were filed on or by the petition drive deadline, which was the medical marijuana question.
- Eight measures were legislatively-referred constitutional amendments.
- Two measures were legislatively-referred state statutes.
- One measure was an initiated state statute.
- The sales tax increase on the May 18, 2010 special election ballot was approved.
