Proposition 108 was on the 1974 ballot in Arizona, where it was approved. The measure was citizen-initiated. It changed the way that judges are selected in the state, adopting the Missouri Plan method whereby a commission picks a list of potential judges, from which the Governor of Arizona makes a final selection.
