The Arizona Wildlife Federation (AWF) is a non-profit organization founded in 1923 in an effort to take politics out of fish and game management as well as promote the management of Arizona's natural resources on a scientific basis. "AWF's primary goal has been the establishment and maintenance of a Commission/Department form of wildlife administration, free of political influence."[1]

  • "AWF is a non-profit organization dedicated to educating, inspiring, and assisting individuals and organizations to value, conserve, enhance, manage, and protect wildlife and wildlife habitat."

Leadership

  • The AWF is lead by their executive committee and their Board of Directors. Their executive Committee consists of a President, VP of Conservation,VP of Operations, Treasurer, Secretary, NWF Representative, Alternate NWF Rep, Director. The Board of Directors consists of main board members and district members.[2]
