Arkansas Act 78, pertaining to Whether to Abolish the State Board of Education, was on the November 6, 1934 ballot in Arkansas as a veto referendum.

Act 78 was enacted by the Arkansas State Legislature on March 6, 1933. Its purpose was to abolish the State Board of Education.
