Arlington Heights Park District Bond Measure (November 2012)
|Voting on Bond Issues|
|Not on ballot|
This was the second attempt by the district to pass a bond measure. The previous vote in March 2012 failed. This bond called for $48 million, scaled back from the March request. Funds would still go towards making renovations at the parks in the district area. Supporters stated that the scaled back version would still allow for developments but opponents stated that the timing was wrong and noted that asking for more money right after a failed attempt was not a wise move.
