Arthur Turner II (b. December 2, 1950) is a Democratic member of the Illinois House of Representatives, representing District 9 since 2011.

Turner is the son of Illinois politician and former state Representative Arthur Turner, who held District 9's House seat from 1981 to the younger Turner's election. Turner received his J.D. from Southern Illinois University School of Law in 2010, and his B.A. from Morehouse College in 2005.[1]
