Article XXX of the Arizona Constitution is entitled Marriage. It has only one section and was added to the Arizona Constitution in 2008 by Arizona Marriage Protection, Proposition 102 (2008)

Text of Section 1:

Marriage

Only a union of one man and one woman shall be valid or recognized as a marriage in this state.[1]
