Article XII of the Utah Constitution is entitled Corporations and consists of five sections.

Section 1

Text of Section 1:

Corporations formation.

Corporations may be formed under general laws but may not be created by special acts.[1]

Section 4

Suits.

All corporations may sue and be sued, in all courts, in like cases as natural persons.[1]

Section 12

Text of Section 12:

Common carriers -- No discrimination.

All common carriers shall provide services without discrimination.[1]

Section 19

Blacklisting forbidden.

Each person in Utah is free to obtain and enjoy employment whenever possible, and a person or corporation, or their agent, servant, or employee may not maliciously interfere with any person from obtaining employment or enjoying employment already obtained from any other person or corporation.[1]
