Baldwin Domingo (b. December 8, 1926) is a former Democratic member of the New Hampshire House of Representatives, representing the Strafford 5 District from 1998 to 2000, and from 2004 to 2012. Domingo was a candidate for the New Hampshire House of Representatives of Representatives, District Strafford 71 in 2002 and a candidate for the New Hampshire State Legislature in 1996 and 2000.

Domingo's professional experiences include vice president of aerospace education for the North East Region Air Force Academy; president/vice president of Pease Air Fore Base Chapter; intelligence officer, 509th Bomb Wing for the Pease United States Air Force Base; B-47 navigator, strategic air command-376th Bomb Wing, United States Air Force Base; Ed and Lang officer, 60th AB Group at the United States Air Force Base; and a personal equipment officer and navigator for FGAG Com AB United States Air Force Base.

Domingo earned a B.A. from the University of the Philippine Islands; a B.S. from Ohio University; and a MA from the University of New Hampshire.

On November 4, 2008, Domingo finished second for the three-seat Strafford District 5 in New Hampshire receiving 3,250 votes, behind Democrat Jennifer Brown(3,542), and ahead of Democrat Sarah Hutz(3,134) and Jennnings(58) and others(10).[1]
