The Ballot Initiative Strategy Center, or BISC, based in Washington, DC, advocates for progressive ballot measures and against conservative ballot measures.

Donations to Idaho ballot measures

In 2006, BISC donated $10,000 to the successful effort to defeat Idaho Protect Our Homes.[1]

Donations to Washington ballot measures

In 2006, BISC donates a total of $15,000 to two ballot measures that appeared on the November general election ballot in Washington.[2],[3]
