Joshua Williams was a staff writer with Ballotpedia's ballot measure team. Joshua led the team's effort to catalog all historical ballot measures for all 50 states. He also contributed to the Recall project.

Joshua holds a Bachelor's Degree in International Relations from Boston University, a Master's Degree in International Public Affairs from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and is currently pursuing a Doctorate in International Studies at the University of Washington. He first came to Ballotpedia as an intern in the summer of 2011, and moved directly on to being a part-time staff member.
